Do I need prior experience in drawing or animation?
Our program is designed with beginners in mind, so there is absolutely no prior experience required.

When does the course start?
Students can purchase the course anytime here. The intake is rolling and you can commence lessons once you have purchased the course.

Is the course fully online?
Yes. The course is fully online. Learn more in Program Mode of Delivery.

How is learning on Parenthexis like?
On Parenthexis, you will be able to enjoy an interactive online learning experience. Learn more in Program Mode of Delivery.

What is the recommended duration to complete all modules in the certification?
There are 28 sub-modules in the course. The certification program is estimated to take around three to six months to complete. However, you may also choose to finish the modules at a pace that works for you. Learn more in Program Duration.

How will the course be graded?
Yamada Sensei and Iwamura Sensei will be grading the assignments you submit after each sub-module from grades A to F. Learn more in Grading and Graduation Criteria.

I purchased and finished one or two modules and want to sign up for the full cert. Is there any discount?
Yes. Students who did not sign up for the full certification can top up the remaining modules at 20% off to obtain the full certification. Please email us at contact@parenthexisacad.com with email title: ‘I want to top up all modules!’ and indicate the balance modules you wish to purchase. We will send you a PayPal invoice with the 20% discount for payment and enrollment to the remaining modules.

I did not sign up for the workshop upfront. Can I still purchase it?
Yes. Students of our certification program can purchase the workshop separately at USD 1100, subject to availability. Please email your request to contact@parenthexisacad.com with email title: ‘I want to sign up for workshop!”. If there are still vacancies for the workshop, we will send you a PayPal invoice for payment and booking of the workshop.

What is the registration and payment process like?
Registration for the certification program can be made under Fees.

What type of payment is acceptable?
We accept payment through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or credit/debit card to purchase the courses.

What is the refund policy of Parenthexis Academy? 
All requests for refunds of course fees paid should be submitted in writing via email to support@parenthexisacad.com prior to course commencement. Customers may only apply for refunds of modules which they have not accessed. Parenthexis Academy reserves the right to determine the amount of course fees to be refunded to the customer and its decision is final. Refunds will be issued in the same mode of payment made within 30 working days upon receipt of refund request.
